Why is my friend suddenly talking about me getting married?

She is being negative about herself and you. It's a backhanded comment. She is sad over her breakup and worries marriage at the same time. I feel her comments were kind of catty towards you, like even 'you' would get married before her. A thought which probably scares her. You seem very level headed and sensible and right now your view on relationships and marriage are semi threatening to her. Don't dwell on the comment especially if it was a one time thing.
