Why do objects with large mass(planets) have a strong gravitational force?

It's not because of the earth's hot core. It's because everything in the entire universe has gravity. The more mass something has, the greater it's gravity is. You don't notice the gravity and everyday thing has because it is over powered by the gravity of the earth.
