Had A Dream My Mom Had Cancer.. Need Some Help?

Hi i had a horrible dream my mom was laying in a hosptial bed telling me she only had cancer in 1 place and now she had cancer in herribs in 3 different places? I started begging her Mommy don'rt go and she started closing her eyes.. I don't know what to do i cannot stop thinking about it, will this happen? Now that I have dreamt about it?
