Banned from molten wow?

I wasn't online for a while and when I got my internet up, I try to log in it say my account closed, when I go to website, I was ip banned for staff impersonation, WTF?! I wasn't hacked nor was I online yet they ban me anyway. Is there a way around this? I rly dont wanna lose my stuff despite me not playing that much either.
