How do I Download and use Molten-WoW Private server?

I already have all exp including cata, it makes me DL Wrath again....I dont want to do that. i tried the set realm list thing but it doesnt make a difference, still tries to make me sign into WoW with Battle.net name, when i guess it should be my Molten username. Thanks
